ORDER FULFILLMENT

RETURN POLICY
I hope you love any of the art you purchase, but if the product is not up to your expectations, I offer a 30 day exchange or return policy for items in their original condition. Before returning any item please email me at jordan@jdystudio.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. I am not responsible for missing packages. I have the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Packages are shipped via traceable USPS, FedEx, or UPS and insured. I am not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us to see about filing a claim. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I do ship internationally, however significant delays can be expected due to Covid-19. If you do not receive your package please be in touch with me by email so I can sort everything alongside you. If you have any questions please email jordan@jdystudio.com.
